"Got sent to collection agency. Called Carson Tahoe Radiology billing department to find out why they didn't just send me a bill for the $14.41. They said that they did in November of 2021 and again in June of 2022. FUNNY! Date of service was 05/2022"
"The place is clean, the service ok. The only issue i have is the billing. Since it's all part of carson tahoe medical grp, it's all billed out as "hospital outpatient". What used to cost a copay of $25 is now a $350 copay through my medicare advantage plan. That's a $750 a year expense I just can't afford. No one seems to be able to find a way to recode so it's Showing for what it is...have talked to their billing dept, and my medicare plan,to no avail. Next step is a medicare complaint I guess."

"Went to get X rays done and got accused of being high on marijuana multiple times, even explaining to them the fact i work nights and then they scheduled me for a early morning visits means i am tired, nope apparently if you are young and look tired you are automatically assumed to be a pot smoker, never got my x rays back, no one called me back and before i know it they send me a letter only one letter saying that my "debt" is now into collections, everyone here is either bent or on the way to getting bent"
