"My girlfriend has had several prescriptions for her severe migraines that were either never ordered, not in stock or several weeks late when they know the prescription is an injection and must be taken on the same day every month. This has been an ongoing issue for the last 4 months. Then, I herniated 2 disc's in my neck and tore my shoulder and am in excruciating pain and the pain medications and muscle relaxers that were sent to the pharmacy yesterday morning are still not ready and I was told that it would be another hour by a rude employee. Their customer service is horrible and they don't care about the welfare or medical needs of their patients. I will be changing pharmacies as soon as possible!!!!"

"This pharmacy offers great prices, and if possible, maybe even greater customer-care. They very nicely struggled to get me what I needed when computers were down, which interrupted business as usual for a block or more. Thank you for being so pleasant and on-the-ball!"

"RX was sent in by my physician on a Wednesday. Went to pick up RX on Saturday. I was told it wasn't ready yet. 3 days.... the pharm tech said they can have it ready in 5 minutes if I wanted to wait. Again they've had the script 3 days. I said fill it I'd be back later in the day. I went back today, Sunday a day later(4 days) and guess what it still wasn't ready. I waited a few more minutes while they prepared the medication. The only thing I heard repeatedly was that they are so busy and didn't have enough help. Inexcusable."

"Chris fixed this, apologized, was kind and understanding. Thank you. Rude, rude, rude. I was concerned about my health because Smith's pharmacy never contacted me to tell me that my blood pressure meds were approved after they had been declined four days earlier. I contacted Smith's on more than one occasion to tell them I was not receiving notifications from them. They told me to be sure to update my number, same number I have had for almost two decades. I have even picked up other prescriptions since, nothing about my blood pressure meds. I called to speak to them, of course upset about not having blood pressure meds. Misty, out right td me it was my own problem and to switch pharmacies, she wasnt going to fill mine any longer. I am of course going to contact corporate after I try to reach Chris the manager, even though misty assured me that she has been at Smith's for 17 years and she is not going to take care of my prescriptions any longer, because I complain es about their incompetence."
