"Dr Chen bad doctor practice, no clean no sanitary, after COVID 19 lock down you still no clean you bathroom so many urine cups in one window, bathroom is nasty there is pee everywhere and trash, you are a doctor no? You no pay attention to patient’s, you make everything in my life so bad, I never have these problems ever until you and you stupid surgery to fix something I never broken, you lie to me to many times, you practice bad medicine on me and no idea what you doing. Why you never send me my records, Iask for records for 2 years to find other doctor and you never send me my records, you staff ignore me, never call me back, you staff are very rude and disrespectful never nice lady always so mean, mean girls should no work in ‘’doctor” office, I’m patient no you baby, Dr Chen now you give me so many problems I no fix ever in my life, why? Answer me this question please? You take my freedom away from me I have so much pain and problems shame on you Mr. You are not getting my good review recommendation I believe you to be bad doctor and I think other people should look for other doctor unless they want to be in problems and pain for everyday of they life. Be careful people you doctor should no be guessing and playing with you health like this person did to me. Thank you Good Day!"

"Dr. Chen is the absolute best Urologist I have ever had. There are good Urologist and excellent ones...Dr. chen is excellent. After 26 years with my previous Urologist In Reno I was becoming discouraged with the care I was receiving from them. I did my research I find Dr. Chen @ Carson Urologist. One of his specialties are complex kidney stones...which I had, over 20 just this year alone. I was able to get my 1st appointment within 10 days. The visit was beyond my expectations. Within 1 day they already had surgery booked for me within a months time. Amazing. Surgery was done on 10-12-2021. It went very well. For now , I'm stone free, feeling amazing . Dr. Chen will be running further testing and working to get me on a path of getting my stones under control. Thank you, Dr Chen, also thank you to Carla, Michael and to all the other wonderful staff members in the office. Carson Urologist you have best organized office I ever been to. "Dr Chen is an absurdly fantastic doctor HOWEVER: front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired!!!! They allow patients to come in when they want .. setting everyone else's appointments behind. Right before my Dad's appt. A guy said his appointment wasn't for another 3 1/2 hours.... But he wants to be seen EARLY! They have done it before, regularly in fact. He was permitted into the building before us and caused us and about 6 other people to be late for our appointmen/st while he "checked in!""

"He is a wonderful Urogynocologist!! He listens, cares & explains more than any other urologist I’ve ever seen in North Nevada. He accepts your calls & will explain if you have any problems or your unsure. He’s extremely gentle & did my surgeries that all others I seen said nothing was wrong w/me. He takes his time to understand or will figure it out to get u answers. He’s wonderful!!!"

"Dr Chen is by far one of the best doctors our family has had the honor of knowing. He saved our little girls life. Today Dr Chen's "little Punkin" (this became his nickname for her) is almost 15 and thriving in life. I don't know if our daughter would still be here without Dr Chen and I personally and very greatful for this doctor and is amazing talent. He took on a job other doctors told me couldn't be done and he proved them wrong. If you want the best then you will see Dr Chen. The hardest part about leaving Nevada was losing this amazing doctor."
