"The most challenging part was figuring out how to enter Ahern so no digs against Joel’s. I am a huge proponent of customer service and from the moment my husband and I entered they were smiles, personable and small talks. Leo and Sebastian were our waiters and was very knowledgeable about the other evening specials really promoting our return. I had the short rib ravioli, salmon & mashed potatoes. Ravioli pasta was cooked perfectly great flavor, I’m a stinker for great salmon where this was cooked perfectly (not overcooked) and potatoes whipped just right , my husband had the crispy pork belly (flavorful and not all far), steak (just a tad undercooked but better than overcooked) and whipped potatoes. Will definitely return with a small group of friends for tomahawk Tuesday. Cheers"
"OMG!! Literally the best cooked Tomahawk steak I think I have ever had and I used to live in San Francisco. Chef Joel even came to the table to say hi and explain the dishes and aging process. Such a great experience with attentive staff, beautiful wine pairings and again... One of the best Tomahawk steaks I have ever had. Can't wait to be back soon again!"
"Wow.. hidden gem that won't stay hidden forever. The tomahawk Tuesday was fantastic. Great quality all around from salads, sides, desserts and omg the steak. Service was excellent. Try their espresso martini or the Bacon Maple Old Fashioned for a cocktail."
"My hubby and I had a wonderful dining experience at Joel’s. The food was delicious and the presentation of food was amazing. My hubby ordered the ribeye and I had the Salmon both were good portions and very satisfying. The sides and seafood platter were all delicious. I can’t wait to go back and see Manny the bartender who gave us the menu descriptions from his experience and David was our server that provided exceptional personal service. I felt spoiled and very special throughout the night. We plan on a return dinner on a Tuesday night for Tomahawk steaks! The atmosphere and view was spectacular!"
"This was one of the best experiences I've had in Las Vegas so far! I highly recommend it. This is in The Ahern center, great view from our table, piano bar, amazing selection of items on the menu. My main entree was the rack of lamb and it was cooked perfectly. Leo and Allen were our waiters and served each wonderfully prepared meal with an equally amazing pairing of wine and champagne. If I could I would go here more often. Wonderful service and dining to say the least!"
