"Came here for a kind of last minute date night on a Monday and thankfully it wasn’t crowded. The place looks really nice & elegant. Our servers Marco and (I think Chris) were very informative & attentive. Appetizers & sides were amazing. The steak was nothing too special, I’ve definitely had better especially for the price, but it was still good. For dessert, we got the butter cake, which was pretty good except the ice cream on top tasted bland and icy. I’d definitely come back to try other food on the menu!"

"First visit to this new restaurant in Las Vegas. We heard that the food was good, so we decided to give it a try. Very nice!!!! The restaurant is designed beautifully with a full order bar in the front and back of the restaurant. The fireplaces give it a nice feel while you dine. The noise level was a little high for me, but I think that is the type of atmosphere they are looking to give. A more upbeat, entertaining steakhouse. So if you are looking for a quiet dinner for two, this might not be the place for you! The service was phenomenal!! The servers were very helpful, no matter if they were your assigned server or not! The food was pretty good. I had the Petite Filet, which was prepared just the way I like it. The meat had a nice flavor and was super tender!!! We also tried the Creamed corn, sweet potatoes, roasted cauliflower, Yukon mashed potatoes, and the mac and cheese. We enjoyed everything but the Mac and cheese. They could do better with that!! The salmon was tasty, the crabcakes were good, and the salads were just okay. Overall, the food was good and the whole experience was worth the money spent. I recommend this place if you want a nice steakhouse to dine in."

"I waned to give 3.5 stars, but I can't. First of all the food is really good. Is it the best we've had at a fine dining steak house, no. But is it pretty good, yes. The beef carpaccio was outstanding, melt in your mouth and SO tender, like you weren't even eating beef. The dirty Italian salad was pretty good, but not at the level of fancy steakhouse. My Mediterranean branzino was good, but not the best I've had. I will say that my boyfriend's wagyu steak was excellent! The cheesecake was very good, not the dense, dry type, but smooth and very tasty. The apple crisp was pretty good, but could have been elevated somewhat. Now on to the not so good. The music is loud, then everyone trying to talk over the music is loud. Sitting across the table and talking was difficult for the two of us - and the table wasn't huge. Next, when we go to a fine dining steakhouse, I really don't think there should be huge bright televisions in the room. Take away those and the ambiance would have been great. Nice elegant low lighting with candlelight on the table then, BAM!! - bright television lighting causing massive distraction to the mood. As for my next qualm, drinks took a very long time to be delivered - very long. Then as they were being delivered the server dropped mine off of her tray, broken glass and drink went everywhere. I felt bad for her and I didn't care, things happen and it's life. Management came and apologized for the commotion. Honestly we are pretty laid back and it wasn't a big deal. What I found a big deal was that it took just as long to get the replacement drink as it did to get the original one I never received. I feel that the replacement drink should have been done asap and not been put behind every other drink order. We had already had our appetizer course then salad course completely eaten before I ever received my initial cocktail. Overall, food was good, service was good (besides the delay in cocktails), but atmosphere not for what I would expect for a $400 meal."

"Date Night Dinner with the Hubby. Jessica our server was professional, friendly and welcoming. She was great with knowledge of all the dish offerings. The team was attentive and we never had to ask for water service they were on it! What we ordered: 1.) Russell’s 10 yr old Bourbon neat served in a chilled glass. 2.) Yellowtail Crudo. Hamachi was fresh. 3.) Snow Beef Carpaccio. Beef was very tender and was seasoned with a little kick of heat. 4.) Meatballs they were tasty but seemed a bit overcooked. Stiff in texture. 5.) Langoustine was small portion and was just ok in texture and taste. 6.) Snow Beef Tortellini. It was a bit on the bland side and a bit too Al Dente for my taste. The restaurant was beautifully and gives a feel of being in an Italian Greenhouse. The Bar area would be a great place to visit for next time."

"Had dinner there with family on the 24th. Party of 5, seated toward the back of the restaurant, adjacent to an outdoor seating area (more on this later). We eat at T-Bones at the Red Rock so were looking forward to comparing. Per person cost worked out to $172 before tip, and included one bottle of wine and a couple after dinner drinks. The Good: Branzino at $55 was one of the best prepared and tasty orders of fish my wife had ever had. I ordered the center cut bone in Ribeye for $91 and it was also very good as expected. The Tristan lobster tails add-on was very good, as it came with two tails. When ordering, the server stated only 1 tail, so we ordered two orders and ended up with 4 tails shared with the table. Only ordering hiccup. The service was absolutely top notch, on par with anything I have experienced. The baked potato with the ribeye had a bit of a tough skin, so maybe not intended for consumption. Crab cakes were very good, though T-Bones version had better taste, same with the chopped house salad. Carpaccio was a beautiful presentation and excellent. The Yellowtail Crudo was also a highlight, as we eat sushi often and the presentation and taste were excellent. Wine list was extensive and not unreasonable (2x retail on a couple bottles I was familiar with). The 18-layer cake was a bit on the dry side, but the cheesecake was excellent. The Bad: The overall sound level in the restaurant has to be addressed. When the initial server came to the table to greet us, she discussed the daily specials, and made a few other comments. She was standing next to me, and I understood about half of what was said. No one at the table heard a single word. It wasn't possible to have a conversation with anyone at the table except the person right next to you, unless there was a lull in the music. We asked the table greeter about this toward the end of the meal, and she said that the "owner" wanted to create a club like atmosphere, versus a traditional steak house. I think a lot of other customers will find this to be an issue at the prices being charged. Management Suggestion: Let the prospective customers know this is the case, and maybe consider either turning the sound down, or having quiet hours (early dinner) before the clubbers roll in? The outdoor patio was open air, so that would be my choice next time when the weather turns better in the Spring. Conclusion: Excellent food and service, but noise issues kept it from being a 5-star experience. We ate at T-Bones the next day, in a bar area booth, for a much better overall experience."
