"I was sent this beautiful bouquet, only it's original form was apparently not the cheerful spring bouquet that had been custom ordered. I was happy but my mom, who placed the order, called to see if there had been a mix up. Not long after, a florist came by with several more stems and worked her magic. Apparently my mom had sounded sad and disappointed on the phone. The woman who took her calls immediately had to do something and she did a beautiful job.
