"This was our first B&B stay and it did not disappoint! We stayed in the Governor's Suite and it was spacious, comfortable and has a wonderful view. We enjoyed the coffee maker in our room, for early coffee before Donna's superb breakfast, that offered so much foos, we all had leftovers. She was very thoughtfulabout diet restrictions and the food was excellent and nostalgic.Donna and Mark were fantastic hosts and their home was beautiful and comfortable for our one night stay. We enjoyed the kickoff to the Christmas season with the festive VC vibe. We would definitely stay again!"

"Coziest place ever! The house was beautifully decorated, the entire house felt like Christmas morning. Dona & Mark are incredible hosts, very welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and then some. Dona is the sweetest, and an amazing cook. Not your typical breakfast, all homemade fresh foods; we had quiche and the best scones, the table was set with crystal and china. We enjoyed the family atmosphere, the rooms are super comfy. Dona went the extra mile by leaving cookie plates with Christmas sugar cookies which were delicious, and she provided baggies to take them and sent us home with our breakfast leftovers and a gifted jar of fresh homemade jam. We had fun watching the holiday light parade and fireworks and staying at such a unique place. My wife and I are already looking forward to coming back. Also, the most awesome dog lives here, Archie the cuddly doodle. Thank you both for everything! Best B&B I've ever stayed at. Merry Christmas!"

"This was an amazing stay! This is a beautiful, comfortable, and uniquely interesting place to relax and enjoy the history of Virginia City. Donna and Marc are such wonderful hosts and their B&B exceeded every expectation I had walking in the door. I loved it. I loved their dog Archie. I loved all the special details that they have taken to make our stay such a delightful experience. I wish I could give them 6 stars:)"

"WOW! What a great place to stay. This is probably the best place in Virgnia City. The home is historic and so well decorated- you can tell a lot of attention to detail and quality went into every item. The home is also very clean with modern touches, while still feeling authentic of the time. Dona was an amazing host- some of the best meals we have had. I appreciate that the home and its inhabitants are friendly while still offering a lot of quiet and privacy as needed. They were so accommodating to our family of 5 with older children. This would not be a great place for little kids due to the antiques and decorations, but our 7, 9 and 13 year old enjoyed iit so much. Highly recommend!"

"Incredible historical home with the most amazing hosts. You're first greeted by a huge but friendly Irish doodle named Archie. One glance and you are back in time - From the beautiful dining room that reminds you of a tea party, to the living room with antique furniture and fixtures. If you're not sure where to start, Mark (Donas husband) is very informative on places you could tour or have a nice drink. You get home made cookies by Dona and some nice snacks in your room. The breakfast is fantastic. Her blueberry crepes were my favorite and I can't wait to go back again."
