"Lovely campground, very well maintained. Great restrooms. Close to Tamerack Lodge, great for dinner. Close to a beautiful waterfall. Some sites back up to lake and waterfall. Nice campground host."

"The beer is a frequent visitor of the campground we heard. Did not see him ourselves though . Shower only at shop for 8 usd. Blackwater dump 15 usd No sun in September from 15 hour at our lot. Which gets a bit chilly. The bridge and short road to the bridge is not one way. With a big rv a bit scary as you cannot see traffic coming and too small to pass both and driving backwards not very easy if you encounter upcoming traffic. Lake is beautiful, but did not seem inviting too me for swimming . Rent a boat 20 usd per hour. Free shuttle to other lakes. Cable car and devils postille closed (mid September) . No reception ( for question go to camping lot 12 or 55)."

"Bathrooms where very clean and well kept, trash taken out twice a day. The camp host came by often and asked how we where doing, their black lab Buddy was super friendly and they walked him by having him off leash walking/trotting next to the golf cart. He was very cute. Very dog friendly and very nice. Cheap sites for weekend, honor policy with firewood, $8 or $30 for 4 bundles. Wood lasted all weekend with extra."

"We live this campground. Quiet, secluded yet close to town, lake is incredible and hiking nearby. Just sharing, we walked it on 7/2/23, and confirming it’s closed with good reason. Still some snow but very site has downed trees, ponds of water, sunken tables and fire pits…based on observations it will be at least a month before it’s ready for camping!"

"Wow what a great place!! This place is BIG & BEAUTIFUL with lots of campsites both with hook-ups and those for dry camping. The camp store was stocked with just about everything and the gift shop was full of fun stuff to buy! The lake’s are big and full of fish. We rented a boat and caught many trout. Our rv neighbors were very friendly and many of the others campers were too! The restaurant and bar were both a welcome sight, nice staff and they even cooked our trout with all the sides to enjoy- it was delicious! I would highly recommend this campground to anyone who is willing to make to drive. Note - we were off grid with no phone service while staying but that was our choice because there are options to access WiFi with a fee."
