"Pros: -apartment room was very spacious, easily accommodated our large group to hang out -very affordable -great location near the heavenly village -we were able to check in an hour early Cons: -not very clean (stained pillows, ants, floors left our socks dirty) -no bedding included for pullout couch in apartment room, they said they had no extra sheets when we asked -did not give us enough towels for number of guests (only 2 bath towels, 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel for the double bedroom) -only one light in the entire double bedroom, and it was dim and attached to the entry wall -shower temperature was very touchy"

"It was pretty decent stay for us. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was pretty attentive and courteous. Wi-Fi was working pretty good and location is great , walkable to many spots."

"I rarely leave a bad reviews but I feel the need to say “spend the extra money and stay anywhere else”. We came here for our anniversary but this was the worst place we have ever stayed. The drawers would not close and all stayed open, the tv was crooked, the pillows had stains, the fridge did not work, the shower dripped all night, it had clearly not been cleaned; there were stickers on the tables and walls and hair on the walls, and there was a blinding light outside the door all night that the blinds didn’t stop so it was impossible to sleep. We have pretty low standards but I would never come back here."

"Just the worst place I've ever stayed at. The pictures on their website are misleading, in my room there are NO side tables with lamps by the beds, no chair, no trash can in the entire room or bathroom. The "desk" drawers open themselves because they're broken, so they're in the way all day. The microwave is dirty and doesn't have a plate. Blankets have crusty stains on them, the entire room smells of old cigarette smoke, there is some kind of pet food kibble on the floor in the corner?! Walls have holes in them, there's mold in the sink and on the shower curtain. The window screen is hanging on by a thread. Some of the conditioner bottles were half empty. We have to unplug the fridge in order to use one of the only two lights. Should I go on? I paid close to $700 for 4 nights at this "2 star" place. And they had the nerve to charge me a security deposit. What am I going to hurt? This room is already trash!"

"We walked in to the suite, our children took off their shoes and after a half hour the bottom of their feet looked like they had tar on them. The floor was obviously filthy. There were no dish towels, cooking utensils, paper towels, and 3 dishes to use to eat. The sheets in the couch bed had been used, had no top sheet, blankets pillow cases. The bathroom sink and tub were not clean. Curtains were hanging off the rod. The owners are very nice, the pool and grass area are very nice. Jacuzzi is old and not kept clean. If you don't mind dirt and nothing in the kitchen to use it, along with possible dirty sheets. They need someone to inspect after the cleaners clean. It's not getting clean!"
