"Literally the worst thing that happened to me in Vegas. The pickup was scheduled at 5:40 am but they never showed up and we kept on waiting for more than 30 minutes. When we tried to contact the customer service for refund, they try to gaslight us saying driver was there and they called us and we were late which wasnt the case. We called them multiple times during the pick up time but they never picked up the phone. Now they are trying to mooch off $400+ dollars for a tour that we didnt get. Please do not book anything from them. Cheapskate move to mooch off money from tourists in Vegas."
