"Mr. Avon Butler and Forge is a unicorn in today's athletic performance training world. Mr. Butler has a passion for knowledge and for the people he works with. He doesn't have a "program" to sell. He individualized everything because he is on the cutting edge of the science behind modern training. I was introduced through a friend whose son had trained at The Forge and who had seen awesome results. I brought my son in, a pre-boot camp Marine and wrestler. He immediately made sure my son knew how much he cared, interviewed and tested his balance, flexibility, mentality, physical fitness status, training ability, talked goals and imparted wisdom.
