"I had extreme Back pains due to spasms in my core that not even 3 days of stretching and rolling could take care of. Booked in with Lana and she was able to fix my issues almost immediately and release other areas that were also of concern. I had never had a Sarga treatment done before but it was one of the most effective treatments I’ve ever had done. I don’t think I’ve ever had so many muscles totally released ever during a massage! Athletes will find her one of the best in the world at working out stubborn knots and persistent spots. No hyperbole! I would consider traveling to Kauai again just for another treatment. Highly recommend her services."
