Yuba City PD is not sorry, they are only sorry because they got caught. Look at their history. They should re-open the shooting he was bragging about that he was involved in. His arrest and prior complaints. He had to resign because he was a coward and did not want to face the consequence. His kids are probably just like him. He is a great example to them. If the state legislatures want to make a difference they need to lift POBAR (Police Officers Bill of Rights) and prosecute officers like him and Yuba City. They should not keep their benefits such as their retirements while tax payers pick up their tab."
