"I love coming here, ironic since people come here to work out. I've been a member for a little over a year now. When I first signed up I was extremely nervous because I've never done kickboxing before. I didn't want to commit to a membership immediately so I signed up for the online offer - 5 classes for only $40! They also have 3 classes for $30. When I signed up, I was told to meet 15 mins prior class - you meet with the instructor, sign a waiver and the instructor briefly goes over what to expect. It is a class setting which is a little nerve-racking but everyone is so welcoming and you make new friends along the way! They have different class times depending on the day, and they have a variety of membership plans you can choose from! ALL the instructors are AWESOME and so supportive!! You truly do become a fit-family here. So if you’re looking to have some fun while working out, highly recommend ILKB!"
"The instructors I’ve met (Maddie and Greg) are phenomenal, they are attentive and were sure to make me feel welcome into their gym. I get an intense workout every time and leave feeling accomplished. Countless people will hear how awesome this gym is from me because I love it so much. Thank you!"
