Yoga Om Tahoe Studio is a welcoming and intimate yoga studio located at 2520 Lake Tahoe Boulevard in South Lake Tahoe, California. Our studio is dedicated to creating a space for exploration, friendship, health, and healing on all levels. We embrace all yoga lineages and welcome both new practitioners and seasoned yogis to join our yoga revolution.

At Yoga Om, we offer a variety of classes throughout the week taught by experienced and authentic instructors. From beginner to advanced levels, we have classes to suit any lifestyle and need. In addition to regular classes, we also provide specialized classes such as meditation, yoga therapy, and restorative yoga.

In addition to group classes, we offer private yoga classes and holistic services to cater to individual needs and preferences. Our private teacher training program can be personalized to fit your schedule, whether you prefer an intensive course or a longer, spread-out program.
