"I took my car here to have the wheels aligned. Never had them aligned before and didn’t know what to expect. Everyone was friendly. Offered me coffee. Was told it would take about 3 hrs, so I went on a walk. Turns out it took a little over 2 hours, and I got a call letting me know the car was ready to be picked up. I returned, paid, and was given a receipt of several papers stapled together. The person helping me didn’t go over what was done. When I got home I looked at the papers and saw that stapled behind the receipt was a paper with before/after alignment measurements. I would have appreciated if someone had gone over this with me to explain what the measurements meant. I could see that the measurements in red (toe, steer ahead, and thrust angle) before were blue afterwards. I did notice that the camber measurements which were blue before had the exact same measurements afterwards. Why didn’t they change to be more in the center of what seemed to be considered acceptable? I don’t know, because no one offered to go over it with me, and I didn’t know to ask, because I didn’t know that the measurement sheet existed."

"Why choose a Dealer for your service? - the reason/s is professionalism, quality parts, and service. BMW of Hawaii is the only such dealer with no dealer competition yet, they strive to provide exceptional service with incredible communication. Based on my recent experience with my Mini Cooper, I would recommend them for BMW or Mini purchase and service. What a great organization! Mahalo for the top-notch experience!!"

"They are BMW. What can I say. They did a free safety inspection for me. My car failed, but I was at least able to pay my registration and get a sticker for my car. Now, I need to get my car repaired. At looking forward to this one! Since I purchased a battery from a parts store, BMW was on me that it was a mistake. I needed to get my battery programmed to the car. Also, that is way my dash lights were showing up. When I get it programmed, it lights will go away. I showed the service manager a photo of my dash service needed lights. He said you need to do have the battery connected to the car. I brought it in and my 2010 X3 doesn't need the battery programmed to the car. It was going to cost around $150. Plus if I had it done, no service lights would have gone off. Otherwise, all is good. I purchased a new battery from AutoZone, but it wasn't purchased and installed by BMW. Therefore, now I need to have BMW program the battery to the BMW computer. The annual inspection will be complimentary. I saved some money, but was it worth it? BMW definitely does it for me! Great service and how business should treat their customers. They are there for you. BMW did two major warrenty jobs on my 2010 X3 3.0i car. One of the warranty items done two years ago ended up needing to be repaired again. Not even asking, Blythe, in service agent, said we're do the repair again without even knowing this was their policy! Great going and with a loner car, too! They followed up with appointments, customer satisfaction and even having videos of what's happening to your car, what's needed or not, what is happening with the repair job and such. It makes you feel they are transparent about who they are and how they care about your car care. I was told they go through the details of any warranty policy so you know exactly what your signing for, not like some other car dealerships. You get what you paid for. So, BMW is that car dealership you can count on!"

"BMW of Hawaii is excellent. The only reason I'm rating four stars is because of how many times we had to reschedule a regular service for brakes. I understand we're on an island and parts have to be shipped here. I also think that if the expectation was laid out that we can't schedule the appointment until the part comes in, maybe we wouldn't need to rescheduled as often. Or, even making sure the part was in stock before scheduling the first appointment. It meant I had to re do a couple of my days for scheduling. That said, everything else was stellar. I got a ride home from Aaron who was a gem to visit with and drove so well, I felt like we were floating. I was able to sit down with the service team and get in and out very quickly. I also received several calls to let me know the status of the part and everyone was courteous about rescheduling."
