"Faith is the best stylist I have ever been to! She has listened to me and my desires for my hair and my style over the years and has always got it spot on. I don't even need to tell her anymore what I want because by now she just knows. She cuts my whole family's hair and everyone loves going to see her. My husband is the pickiest of us all and he has pretty much committed himself to Faith for life at this point. She is so friendly and the conversation always flows just as it should. The salon is comfortable and clean and so conveniently located. We love Faith at Innovations!"

"I didn’t even receive the haircut I was scheduled for. I booked directly with the hairdresser and never received a confirmation from square. I just assumed I didn’t have an appt. because I received no response. Got a txt from the stylist 6 min. prior to my appt. and I live 15 min away. I got there 16 min late it was just me and the hair stylist. She was extremely irritated I was late. Very unwelcoming. I explained to her that her square didn’t send me a confo. She made an insincere apology and than added it wasn’t her job to always remind me. She was so worried about her other clients and her schedule and it clearly showed. That made me feel unvalued. Her attitude was so negative that I didn’t feel right with her cutting my hair. I asked if I should come back and she said yes. Didn’t get a haircut that day and I was super frustrated. Book directly with the Salon. Also don’t be late they will turn you away even if it’s their fault. Very unprofessional maybe this stylists needs more training on how to treat people and needs to realize that all clients are important no matter how much money they spend. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back there they just lost my business."

"Just had my hair cut by Faith. I swear she took 10 years off my age with her expertise as a hair stylist. She knows exactly the type of haircut for your face and lifestyle. She’s professional, caring and super talented. Received great customer service. Highly recommend her!"
