"I literally neverrrr write bad reviews but I have tried to book with this business at least 4 times and have been cancelled on fairly last minute every single time, which just blows my mind. The first time I was told her sleeping alarm didn’t go off after I was already THERE at the appointment with no attempt to rectify it or come in late etc, second she straight up told me she made other plans with her husband, and last time it was a “migraine” with only 30 minutes to spare, after I’ve driven from out of town yet again to be at the appointment. I find it totally bizarre and wouldn’t waste your time trying to book with a business that very obviously doesn’t care about customer service. I don’t know how she’s still in business at this rate."
