"I reached out to get help with a car that had been stolen and found. The car needed some work to get back on the road. First, I want to say that 808 Mobile Mechanics was the only place that answered the phone of the five mobile repair companies I called on Maui. Also, I would like to add that no other company I called and left messages with ever called back. 808 Mobile Mechanics came to where the car was and in no time had the car running again. This company has shown that it is responsible, and reliable. Two things you really need from someone you call and are counting on. There seems to be no question as to who to call for mobile car help, 808 Mobile Mechanics!"
"Can’t give a higher rating than 5 stars. Suffice to say 808 mobile mechanics is no ka oi. I am mechanical Luddite and my car suddenly lost its steering after loud noise came from engine compartment when backing out of garage. A quick visit to my house revealed a burned a burned out alternator. Mechanic Marcelo replaced with a new one and a couple hours later, back on the road. Marcelo is a knowledgeable mechanic and the 808 motto “why Wait at the shop? We come to you!” Is TRUE! Reasonable cost too to top off the day."
"Matt saved the day. We had serious car trouble on a Saturday and could not find a shop that was open. He picked up right away and made time to come by and see us shortly after we called and diagnosed the issue. He comes to you - how great is that, no tow bill! Next morning (a Sunday) he came as promised and after a couple of hours work the car was good to go - and … at a price that we felt was more than fair. Thank you Matt! Highly recommend."
"Extremely helpful over the phone. Matt came & assisted my bf & I with my bf's vehicle. Matt was very knowledgeable with what he was doing & in no time got our vehicle up & running again. Since our vehicle was sitting for a little over a month our battery was very close to dead due to a separate matter) Matt helped jump our vehicle & made sure we were good to go before leaving us. If you have any vehicle issues give this company a call they'll work with you & come out to where you are if you need them too. Very good communication skills. Use them you won't be disappointed!"
