"I was referred to Otto shop Maui by another mechanic who wasn’t able to take on the work my vehicle needed. After diagnosing the alignment issues, they changed out wheel bearings, control arms and steering dampers, and had my truck back within a few days. On another occasion, they were able to squeeze me in, diagnose and change my starter all within 24 hours. These guys excel at what they do and are a pleasure to work with. Trustworthy and reasonably priced for the hard work they do!"
"Went in after being ripped off by another shop. They were very friendly and helpful. Did full diagnosis with print out. Showed me what I needed and how much. "I contacted Otto about my 1966 Rambler that had some larger rust spots I wanted removed. He quoted me a very fair price and performed the work above and beyond expectations. They discovered more rust after digging in to the job further and informed me they would be repairing a bit more than what they originally discovered in the beginning but to my surprise Otto stuck to his price! This shop has the right feel, the right technicians, and an owner who really goes the extra mile to ensure his customers leave happy and a job well done. I obviously would recommend this shop to those looking for a quality job from people who care!"

He was able to squeeze us in on short notice and got the car running again in no time. Definitely a 5/5 and certainly one of the most honest and trustworthy mechanics I've come across.
