"I was extremely disturbed by Lu’s lack of professionalism and exorbitant pricing. Needed my car towed to Lahaina Town from Kahana and I was Quoted $365!!!!! Lady on the phone needed me to explain what a CV Joint was and how to spell it. I was blown away. When she told me the quote I asked “Are you sure? A friend of mine just had their car towed all the way to Kahului for $200 with another company.” She then replied with “Ah, okay, I understand sir” and then HUNG UP ON ME!! Called up West side Towing and they towed my car for $104. MUCH more reasonable. I don’t know what’s going on over at Lu’s but I would never recommend them to anyone."
