"I had misplaced my lost crown and Dr Kim and his staff were most patient with me as I went to my car to search for it. I cut my hand searching under the seats and Uki and the other nurse were kind enough to bandage my cut to stop the bleeding. Then Dr. Kim reglued the crown in his efficient manner. When I asked about my bill they said they would check with HDS and bill me later. Eric did a great job cleaning my teeth. The kind and courteous staff made my visit most pleasant. Thanks to all."

"While the dr. was knowledgeable and the office is clean, I scheduled for a teeth cleaning and didn’t get one. Very disappointed that I took work off and drove 45 minutes to have a “new patient talk”about my teeth. I arrived at 10:45 for an 11 am appointment and was not seen until 11:30. Then when I asked about my scheduled teeth cleaning I was told they didn’t have time. Now I have to go back for my cleaning in Dec. The receptionist was very helpful but the dentist didn’t value my time or business. Very unprofessional. I hope to have a better experience next time."
