"Over priced and rude and not a very good pedicure. The technician nicked me, giving me an infection. And they're claiming the "owner" is the only person who can authorize refunds, but she's out of town and she'll be back in a few days. A week later, she's still not in. Such a stupid game to play, enjoy the charge back from my bank."
"Normally love coming here. The chairs are fairly new and it’s all very clean. There’s usb charging ports in the chairs. They usually have same day appointments. Hai is amazing and does beautiful nails. Booked a double appointment for my daughter’s bday mani pedi for both of us and my daughter got Helen. She did a super rushed “manicure” and “pedicure” on my daughter and I could tell she was being rough with her too. Just had a stank attitude the whole time. Then my daughter messed up 3 of her nails after she painted them. When I later saw how they looked after she “fixed” them I told her she needs to remove the polish and fix it again so it looks nice. I told her go ahead and charge me extra whatever you need to do but please fix her nails this was her birthday and I could tell my daughter was sad that her mani pedi was so low quality. Now I know not to ever let them charge me for a “Keiki (child) manicure” and make sure I ask for an actual full price manicure because their keiki one is just a polish change and a cuticle trim. The pedicure she literally just dunked my daughters feet in the water and buffed them. Then the best part was she still never fixed the 3 messed up nails like I asked her to. She did not remove the polish and start over which would have been so fast for just 3 tiny little girl nails. Instead she painted over the mess again. Terrible attitude and my daughter did not enjoy."
"$75 dip manicure didn’t last a week. This place charges extra for everything (basic cuticle care) and the work is poor quality. Dip usually lasts me 3 weeks but this started lifting off my nailed the first week. Lost the entire polish from one nail and damaged the nail. Called and asked for a different tech or manager to fix and they refused. They only offered one time that did not work and only with the tech that did a poor job. Not happy with this overpriced service that was the worst quality in Hawaii and management’s unhelpful attitude."
"Make an appointment, they bring you in right on time. Bring a mask or they charge you $1 for one. I absolutely appreciate the fact that if you tell them you want nail art, they give you a tech who knows how to do it. The girls even community via text on what type of look you're looking for. They have all the nail polish swatches to look at if you get there earlier than your appointment time. I'm not big on getting my nails done, but I have gone to quite a few places prior to coming here, and so far this is the best one. The nail art came out really nice, wish the girl went a little more creative, but she was able to recreate the photo almost perfect, which that by itself is good for me.. Did a full acrylic set which was a set $100, but with tax so a little over $104. And of course, please tip your techs. Overall a great experience. The girl did a very meticulous job."
