She was able to fix my situation get my meds approved and ordered. She was extremely friendly, while dealing with this issue as it took about 20-25mins of her time. Thank you!"

"Friendly staff and they do their job well. If things take a while that's just how it is sometimes (you're not the only person in line). They are always working hard and doing their best. Some people writing bad reviews just like to complain. If they are out of stock on a medication they will help you the best way they can. They don't have a lab so don't expect them to magically make you some more."

"I've probably given this location more chances than I should have. I was treated poorly quite some time ago when we tried to refill my husband's prescription. I was told that they had filled it with a 3 month supply, but in all actuality, they had only given us a months worth. Even when I provided proof, it still took a bit before they agreed they were wrong and filled the rest of the prescription. Another time, I put in a refill and it took a really long time to get filled. They stated that they hadn't heard from my doctors office, however my doctors office had never received the order. I was getting the runaround and becoming unhappy. The pharmacy manager ended up taking care if it. However, now we have strike three. I dropped off a prescription for my daughter. They stated they didn't have it but had to order it. This was a Tuesday. On Friday, I called and they realized it wasn't there. Again I was promised it would be there next shipment. I'm not really convinced it will be. I'm not sure their exact problem there but when it comes to the health and well-being of people, they need to get their act together."
