"I’m actually upset because I was sold a bunk copy of a game and there’s no way I can get an exchange or a refund because I don’t have a receipt (which I acknowledge is my fault) but the copy wouldn’t download to the console at all despite trying to troubleshoot it multiple different times. When I got home, I opened the case and the actual disk was extremely dirty and dusty. I cleaned it off a few times and still nothing. I’m just really disappointed. Edit: Another person was able to help me and he has excellent customer service! No questions asked and did that I give them 4 stars. I wish I remembered his name but he was awesome to work with!"

"been to this location 3x since I have moved to the island, once to Schofield and once to Kapolei. This is the best one. two workers Travis and Tiffany were so funny and helpful. There were there everytime i was at pearl ridge. I felt like a valued customer unlike the other 2 locations. I will keep coming back here. The store has plenty of pokemon cards and a lot of star wars merch. It's also next to a bath and body so great for the wife."
