"I usually avoid constructive review but can’t help this time as service is so bad. Atmosphere is okay, food was cold. Wrong food was served. Server (I think he is the owner) face was like “ Why the heck you guys are here in my restaurant”. I’ll have to go all the way to the kitchen and ask for water. And it took him 10 minutes to come to our table."
"The food here is good. However, it took 50 mins to get all the items we ordered, even after the table who arrived afterwards (Not sure about ). We ordered pineapple fried rice with the highest spicy level but getting spicy fried rice. We also ordered Jasmine rice but never getting it. And it is shown on all recipes."
"The food was good. The service was a bit off-putting. We aren't loud or difficult. The chicken in the chicken satay was perfect. We would have liked a bit more peanut sauce, and in most places, we would have requested that, but we didn't see the server again until the next dish was dropped off. Most of their business seemed to be take-out, understandably. BYOB. The food did all seem to have been freshly prepared and didn't take too long to arrive."
"It was nice to eat at Orchid again. With the COVID and traveling, we won't able to enjoy their food. We are with our good friends and we all said we would eat here again. I would recommend eating here. You won't be disappointed. If you go during their lunch time up until 2:30pm, you can have a wonderful meal under $13 per person!"
"Really wonderful Thai food; my friend and I got the veggie pad see ew and the veggie Panang curry. Both were delicious, good flavors and good portions for a lunch. Prices were fair; Thai iced tea was kind of syrupy sweet though, and the iced jasmine tea was quite watery. Will absolutely return for more food~"
