"Came to this spot at 7.50pm to find out it’s closed. The guy was still there but it was all wrapped up. He didn’t acknowledge me or anything, just kept going about his business. Keep in mind that Google maps say that the closing time is 9pm but outside the store it says 8.30pm. I guess it doesn’t matter if they close early anyway lol. Wish I read the reviews before making my way here!"
"We went in to order sandwiches at 9:45 AM but were told the bread had just finished baking and was too hot to cut - wraps and flatbread only. I ordered a wrap and asked if he would heat it up. He said the tortillas couldn’t be heated, only the “meat”, which I declined. After my wrap was completed he heated my husband’s “meat” but actually the entire filling of meat, egg, and cheese. I then asked him to heat my “filling” also. He did but argued with me that the “meat” meant the whole filling. Two wraps for $30, and both were cold anyway."
"Tonight was the second time I’ve ordered (and paid for) food online, only to get to the store and find a hand written note saying that they’d closed early. Both times this happened the employee was still there - but they ignored me as I tapped on the window and asked about my order. Subway Keauhou owes me close to $40 now. It’s also been a normal occurrence for them to not even start making my online order until after I’ve already arrived to pick it up. I’ve been told “Oh sorry, I forgot” SEVERAL times - and even then, they’re in absolutely no rush to make the order. One guy was literally playing video games on his phone instead of making my order. I used to manage restaurants myself, so I know there is absolutely no excuse for any of this. The service here is absolute trash and after I get my money refunded, I won’t come back again. I used to come at least once a week and never have any problems - but whoever is running it lately has ruined it. ..and they obviously don’t care because all the reviews here say the same thing. I never leave restaurant reviews but this place infuriates me. They treat their customers like we’re an annoyance to them."
