"WOW!! Following a recommendation from another, I had the Esan Sausage. I'm not usually a fan of fermented foods so I was hesitant. But I am so happy I got it! Tender on the inside, slightly crisp and sticky on the outside. Absolutely delicious!! Already planning my next trip! Wonderful, friendly service too!"
