"Mahalo nui loa to Justin Corrales at Kona Nissan! Justin helped my fiancee and I buy a used 2019 Nissan Frontier truck back in August 2023. He really listened to our needs and wasn't pushy. at all. Even though he knew we were not in the market to purchase an expensive brand new vehicle, he still treated us with respect and gave us excellent customer service. He even offered to drive the truck we were interested in over from the Hilo dealership himself so we could see it in person. He stayed late past sunset while we finished up all the financial work and car insurance phone calls. He polished the truck and cleaned the rims and tires for us while he waited patiently and did not complain even once. We have had the truck a few months now and we love it! Justin has called and texted us to follow-up and check in a few times which we really appreciated. Nothing fancy but affordable, runs great, perfect for hauling and taking our dogs for a drive. Exactly what we were looking for and we are super happy! We will always remember the kind and generous aloha style customer service from Justin and we will definitely be back to buy from him again when we are ready for something new."

"I've been a Nissan customer for over a decade and have always been pleased with the service all departments provide. In 2021 Allen helped me buy my new vehicle. He was very helpful, friendly, and patient as this would be the first vehicle I was purchasing on my own. The finance person was also a pleasure to work with. This past week my vehicle needed a service. I first spoke with Jennifer, who called to confirm my appointment and she was very helpful, communicative, and friendly. On the day of the appointment I ran into some issues getting my vehicle to Nissan. I spoke with Sirrea several times that day and she was always friendly, helpful, and had great communication every time.
