"I ordered virtually on their website. I ordered a FootLong White Bread Tuna Sandwich, I added pickles, pepper Jack cheese, tomatoes, spinach, onions, mustard and pepper. I also ordered 3 cookies. When I went to go pick it up, I got home and opened up my sandwich. I realized that it was completely off! I received a FootLong White Bread Tuna with American White Cheese, Lettuce, and Pepper. That’s it! I paid over $15 for a sandwich to realize that I could of went behind the counter and did it by myself; for half of the price. I opened up my sandwich and there was multiple hairs! I forgot to mention that the workers seem like they are in hell! So rude and unprofessional. By the way, my cookies were burnt, not even edible. I tipped 10% and I do not wanna know how my food would look if I did a zero tip! Never ordering from them again!"
"I came at nearly closing time. Everything looked like they were set up for tomorrow. I felt a bit like I was imposing. Wrong! The two behind the counter encouraged me to order and even made me feel comfortable enough to dine in. That's a rare customer service attitude anymore"
