"Went to this location for the first time today, and wow the employees were so friendly and kind! They were positive and welcoming to each person, and handled busy moments in an upbeat way rather than seeming really stressed or upset (as I usually see in Starbucks at home on the mainland). Their service was quick and excellent, but the cheerfulness of the team really surprised me and made me want to come back to this location."

"Friendly team from morning to evening with recommendations and indoor/outdoor seating options. Only downsides: no restrooms (but you can visit the Mall's or Safeway's) and it can feel cramped as the lunch lines & crowds come through mid-day but that's the perfect time to enjoy patio seating."

"This is my fave place to get drinks, but I’m giving it an one star rn? I ordered ic as usual and got quick service, I was sipping and there’s something I felt in my mouth, I spat it out and it’s a plastic thread, white and thin, eww I could’t finish it and I just threw it away, I was so lucky that I drink it sip by sip. Anyway, frustrating! Bad experience and won’t be back again after being a two-year valued customer at this cafe shop. My barista was cute but I still gonna be: see something, say something. You can see that white thing on the lid."

"Good spot to re-charge and cool off. Been here a few times since last summer, generally pretty chill vibe, its out of the way and there are security guards that patrol the lot. Shopping center next door. Thanks for the pastry pop, Lance. I gave a five star review for you. My last encounter here was with a manager who wasn't interested in professionalism but discrimination and antagonism like other locals who have slandered me or lied to local community members about autism, failing to discern the difference between down's, mental retardation and asperger's, simply telling people I made it up. They encourage others to try and trigger me for entertainment."
