"Just finished dinner and had the Molokini combo plate which was delicious and fairly priced. Mai Tai and Coconut Heaven cocktails were tasty and only $14 each. Our server was attentive and friendly. Peeked in the “tiki bar” and as a tiki bar lover, I wasn’t super impressed but appreciated the effort. The restaurant isn’t super fancy but I wouldn’t call it run down by any means. Overall I was highly impressed and glad I tried it! Free and easy parking was a bonus too! Highly recommend!"
"We have lived on Maui since June and tonight 3/15/24 we decided to pick Kitchen 5315 to eat. Well… first off all restaurant parking signed were for Gazebo so i had to go searching for the actual restaurant which is in the lobby. Being seated we were taken to a table between the only other tables seated in the restaurant. When every other table was open… We sat waiting waiting to get greeted (menus closed) for 7 minutes. No water. I waited tables for 7 years and not touching a table within the forst two minutes is the first red flag… after another 3 additional minutes we made the call to just walk out. No employee even noticed. Super disappointed. We will not be returning."
"This was the restaurant that I picked out for our family to go eat at. We had no idea where we wanted to go and nobody wanted to make a decision. We were thinking between a $80 steak or somewhere cheaper like this, it didn’t matter. Once we got there my mom, who is very picky, was very skeptical. The surrounding area isn’t anything special to say the least, but the waitress was very nice. The decor is out dated but that doesn’t matter because the food was great. Every person enjoyed their items, coconut chicken was great, mock loco great, Hawaiian chicken great, and even the kids mac and cheese was good!"
"The best food we had all trip! My chicken soup was so rich and filling. Atmosphere was good and the staff was wonderful. Service was slow because they have gone from 29 people on that shift to 9 because of losing people after the Lahaina fire. Be patient, well worth the wait!"
"Not knowing where to go for breakfast, I stumbled upon 5315. I wanted a simple breakfast, nothing fancy but was pleasantly surprised with the food. I ordered the Loco Moco. It comes with rice, pork, onions, mushrooms, eggs and gravy. It was so good. The person sitting next to me ordered Hawaiian Eggs Benedict. I would recommend this place. Staff is friendly, prices are fair and dress is casual."
