"Just a heads up about GEICO - it's not about a particular agent but the company itself. They kind of led me on about how quick it would be to get my insurance started. Don't get fooled by the date picker on their site for when your insurance kicks in. That's just the date you get your first mail from them, and then you've gotta send more stuff and wait another 30 days. I even called their main line, and the agent was like, 'Maybe try a different company.' Seriously, GEICO? That's not cool. They're gonna lose customers if they keep this up"

Giving Progressive a shot after State Farm screwed me over three times within 7 business days. No complaints, but shopping around. I know I can circle back here."

"I went into your office at 7345 S Durango Drive, Suite 106 , Las Vegas, Nevada and there was a girl on the phone who told us to take a seat and waited about 15 minutes for another lady to come out from her office in the back and she told me that she does not know...her exact words were I do not think we sell motorcycle insurance here. So we had to get back in our car and drove to your office on East Serene Avenue in Henderson, Nevada. And they had no problem selling me the insurance and we were in and out in 20 minutes. They were very professional and had no problem and they knew their job."
