"My experience was pretty good. I only had one problem which is why I switched to another insurance company. When I was nearing my 6 months I was offered a slightly higher payment. I know I am a pretty good driver. I wasn't offered a better amount until my policy had actually lapsed on March 11 but I had already went with the other company. You guys offered $132 for liability and they offered $96 to start and $94 there after. I was offered $127.45 for full coverage which was a little high but it was cheaper than the $132 for liability you guys offered. Progressive offered $98 monthly for liability after I left. I was trying to establish a lengthy time with one insurance company and not be jumping around. I wouldn't want that tracking device on my car any more if I were to be with progressive again. Overall my experience was just fine."

"We switched our auto insurance to this agency from our beloved American Family agency. The price was much lower and at first the service seemed great. However, once they had our business, they completely dropped the ball. They had failed to add uninsured motorist coverage, which we previously had. Cannot get anyone to call us back now. We're switching to Geico. What is the point of having an agent if they won't call you?"
