"I was excited about the options offered with this company and their initial due diligence with follow ups. However its very hard to get in contact with them regarding any customer service issues or questions. I have called multiple times only to get a voicemail and a request to call back which ends up being a day or two later. Would make sure you have a decent agent you can follow up with before you end up like me."

"I recently moved to LV and was looking for a Travelers agent for auto, home and umbrella so I reached out via their “contact us” page on their website. I never received a response so I emailed the general mailbox a week later. Still didn’t hear back until I received an email from Desiree replying “no thank you” to my request to have them quote the insurance. I emailed the owner the details and he responded that he was disappointed in the response and would call me the next day. I gave him my cell phone number and he told me he would call me back on Saturday. As of 5:30pm no phone call or email. Very disappointing in the level of response and professionalism toward a potential new client. Based upon the lack of communication and follow up I’m not surprised they didn’t follow up like Michael said. If this is the level of service they deliver when you’re trying to buy Insurance I can only imagine what you get once they have your money."
