"My husband loved the chawanmushi so much he tried to make it at home. It's like a savory egg custard. He spent a lot of money on ingredients and the end result was.. strange. Unless you're VERY adventurous, just eat it here. Their food is delicious and you won't need to clean exploded egg off of all your cooking supplies."
