Zippy's Vineyard

"I came to Zippy's Vineyard with friends. My food was so-so. But my friends liked what they ordered. Service was so-so. I would come back to try other dishes."

"Tonight me and my family decided to dine in at Zippys Vineyard . I’m actually writing this review because of the food I was served. I ordered a Korean Chicken Breakfast Plate and when I saw my plate I had three tiny pieces of chicken. The rice was flat on the plate instead of scooped. There was so much green onions all over the plate. When I tasted the rice, it was wet and mushy. Usually I always love to dine in at Zippys Mililani because they have great service and hot, delicious food but I wasn’t expecting this. I ordered grilled cornbread as well & It tasted like it was sitting out for a long time. It tasted very dry and cold. The thing is I love Zippys but overall the food did not taste hot and fresh and for the increase of pricing, I paid $15.00 for this plate and it only came with three tiny pieces of chicken and two pieces of bacon. The service was okay. Especially for the increase of prices, I really just wanted my food to be hot and the portions decent for the price I’m paying. If I could give any feedback, please don’t serve your customers with cold food and I also advise anyone who dines in not to drink the water because it is extremely tap and a lemon wedge does not mask the tap flavor. I totally understand maybe the chefs working there wanted to go home but all my food was cold and the portions of food I got did not equal for the price I paid for."

"When visiting from the U.S. Mainland, I usually visit this Zippy's location because it's close & convenient to where my relatives live. Service is usually fast & efficient, the restaurant is reasonably clean, and the menu selection and quality are excellent. As a creature of habit, I usually order the Korean Fried Chicken plate ($17.65, Sept. 2023). A somewhat healthier version is the Korean Chicken Salad ($16.45). And we usually check out the bakery selection (Napoleon's Bakery) for something sweet to take home."

"Ate Spaghetti and Chicken Mixed Plate for $10.25 tax included. The price was great and the food was great too. My tummy got filled and I am all satisfied. This is a real cheap eats."

"Great zippys! Nice location I can walk to from downtown/chinatown, and the service was great, and the food came out quickly. It's hard to find better hawaiian plates at a lower price. Napoleon bakery is located inside also. Seems like they close from midnight-6am."
