"Jeremiah diligently worked past 8 pm on his first visit to install a new part. He noticed that the washer door seemed to be missing two screws. And the door still would not close properly. So he did some research, and came back a week later with some extra screws. He took it all apart, installed the missing screws, and voila!!! He solved the problem that could not be solved for five months and three previous visits."

"Originally gave Lani 5 stars. She was efficient and professional. However, when my tenant came home, he said that the door wasn't closing properly. Lani took the flipper off to test it. When she got done, she didn't reinstall it properly. She got the top fitting but didn't get the bottom fitting in and she screwed the piece back in to place. I had to fix it myself."

"Chad contacted me by phone to provide me with information on when he’d arrive. He arrived 5 minutes early. He was able to diagnose our problem immediately and explained it clearly to me. He gave me a clear estimate of the time required for the repair and completed it well within the projected time. He showed me the replaced part and clearly explained the next steps of receiving my receipt. Chad was friendly, courteous and cheerful. Thank you so much!"

"Your repair service was excellent but getting getting the appointment was the worst experience I have ever had. There seemed to be a party going on in the background and neither I or the representative could understand each other well. I had to repeat and she had to repeat what we were saying to each other it took over 40 minutes to place my request because of the loud laughter and noise in the background. I suggest when you are having an event in the future you have representatives in another room. I hesitate to renew my contact in the future. I can't afford the time it took and frustration. I was worn out by the time I finished with my request. Joyce Edwards"

"11/7/23 I met tech 1st time visit for washer not draining. He ordered the parts (drain pump). Return visit to install 10 days later following arrival of parts. This evening (11-7-23) trying to use washer (about 10 hours after repair ). Still not draining and floor flooded. I’m going to have to schedule another visit. The website will not allow another visit unless I pay another $100 deductible!! Tech was nice but problem not fixed AND I HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER $100? Also still waiting on parts for squeaky dryer (Replacement rollers) for 10 days now. The website and phone automated system has limited usefulness. You can only choose yes or no regarding parts. You can’t find out what’s holding up delivery of parts and there is no option to speak to a human. Exercise in frustration. I gave a $100 deductible for the dryer too. Update 11/9/23 Above as noted. Just got text from Sears that the appointment today 11/9/23 was rescheduled to Monday 11/13/23! No reason given. Got text at 10:42am. Pretty early in the day. I amended my rating from 2 stars to 1 star now. Still haven’t heard about the missing parts for the dryer repair, now 12 days have passed."
