"Disappointed with the Kaneohe location. Parking is difficult. Prices are high on clothing. The layout and atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired compared to other Hawaii locations."

"The price on the clothing is too expensive! They charge way too much for used clothing. I know on Mondays they have their $1.99 deals but so much people come here and the discount items is not enough for everyone, maybe put more clothing items for $1.99 Mondays. I spent $38 dollars here for 4 T-Shirts which is $4.99 too expensive for used clothing. I spent $9.80 at Salvation Army for 4 T-Shirts. This company is charging too much for used clothing. The community donates free clothing to this Goodwill company and they resell it for too much."

"Hey, so I went to this Goodwill store in Kailua (96734) recently, and I gotta spill the tea on my thoughts about it. So, when I walked in, they had a bunch of clothes, but seriously, some of the prices were like, whoa, crazy expensive for used stuff. Okay, so you know how they do this $1.99 deal on Mondays? It's like the talk of the town, but guess what? They run out super fast, and not everyone can snag those deals. It would be lit if they put out more stuff for $1.99 on Mondays, you know, so more peeps can actually get in on the action. So, your girl got four T-Shirts for $38, which is like $4.99 each, and I'm lowkey thinking that's kinda pricey for second-hand gear. Like, no cap, I went to Salvation Army and dropped only $9.80 for four shirts. Goodwill, are you hearing me? They get free clothes from the community and then charge us way too much. Not cool. On the bright side, the people working there were chill and nice. Dropping stuff off was quick, like 10 minutes max, and they made it easy to get a receipt and unload my stuff. Also, the setup was kinda dope – the store and the drop-off spot are like BFFs, right next to each other. So, summing it up, my trip to the Goodwill store in Kailua was a mix of vibes. Shoutout to the friendly staff and the smooth drop-off hustle. But yo, Goodwill, you gotta rethink those prices, especially for used gear. Just my thoughts from August 15, 2023, though. Hope they take our feedback and make some changes, you know? Peace out! ✌️"
