Since its inception, Koa Pancake House has expanded to multiple locations across the island of O’ahu, with plans for further growth under the leadership of Juno Chung, son of the founders. Catering services are available Monday through Friday, with options for large orders such as the 50 Person Breakfast package which includes Portuguese sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, buttermilk pancakes, and fried rice.
