Domino's Pizza

"came in to get dinner & had one of the worst customer service experiences i’ve encountered. when we received our food, we went to the counter to kindly ask for extra ranch to go along with our wings. the man who we had asked, slammed the pizza dough on the counter, ROLLED his eyes, & walked over in a very rude manner and said “yes?”. we repeated the question and he rolled his eyes AGAIN and gave such bad attitude. then told us it’ll be $1 each container. overwhelmed and heated from the service we were getting, we refused which he thought we were upset about the price. NOT AT ALL. had to leave the store asap and left with a worsened mood. we didn’t get this man’s name but he’s a bald, caucasian male about 5’7. to top it off, our wings we had ordered were mediocre and were basically wings drizzled in bbq, not done well whatsoever. i never leave reviews but this was so bad and left my family upset. understandable if it’s busy or having a rough day, but u don’t take it out on customers who are asking u so NICELY, bad service!!!."

"I’m not a dominoes fan but the food was surprisingly good. the crust was a little dry, but overall pretty enjoyable. The cashier was nice and because we’re on vacation, told us a little about the area. As for the atmosphere, it’s a dominos. What can you really expect."

"Possibly the best Dominoes in existence. I’ve had the unfortunate experience of eating at close to 20 dominoes pizzas across America and the UK. It’s never been a place I enjoy, just had no other options. This place has changed that, and somehow manages to cook every order perfectly. Been eating here once a week for months and the food is always impeccable, just how I ordered it and hot. Picture was the 3 topping large Brooklyn pizza deal with light pepperoni, bacon and mushroom ordered well done with light ranch as sauce. I’ve never seen dominoes with real mushrooms like this, it’s usually the canned crud. Dominoes is always greasy, but this place it’s pretty minimal. I ordered a fairly greasy pizza but the crust is crispy and dry and it’s not dripping oil. The baked cheese dip is always cooked perfectly with just enough of a char out the outer layer. I’ve had the deserts a few times and they aren’t stale like other locations. Great job all around. Edit: I see negative reviews about them not answering the phone. This is a location inside a busy hotel in central Waikiki. They’re set up for walk ins and online orders. This isn’t a location you can afford to hire someone to sit on the phone all day. Welcome to higher minimum wage. The staff here do their best, order your pizza through the app or website like everyone else in the 21st century."

"We enjoyed your tasty pizzas and pasta here, but the double pepperoni pizza was a little too oily. The other pizzas were awesome and what we really appreciated is they didn't try and rip us off. We stayed at the nearby Hyatt. Well worth eating here. We particularly loved the Memphis BBQ Chicken pizza."

"Wow, this might be the best dominos delivery I've ever had. Ordered at 5pm and had it right at 530. Driver was super friendly! Pizza is VERY good. I got two mediums for $20 which was a great deal considering it's Honolulu RIGHT on Waikiki Beach. Yeah, pizzas were super hot and fresh. Perfectly even toppings and cheese. Very very good."
