"Emmitt’s is not messing around. Seriously had the best dinner this week with a large party of 16 people. The team at Emmitt’s were exceptional and made sure we felt right at home. The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous without being intimidating like many LV establishments. The food exceeds the amazing service and ambiance of the restaurant tenfold. First, the menu is truly designed for everyone to find something they will like. From sushi to insane tomahawks with the logo BRANDED into the bone, everyone will walk away happy. The lobster mashed potatoes are an absolute need. They are extremely generous with their portion sizes we all basically rolled out of the restaurant. If you are looking for an ACTUALLY good restaurant on the strip, Emmett’s is a no-brainer."

"Really enjoyed everything about Emmitt's. The atmosphere was very inviting. The staff was very welcoming and presented themselves professionally. They were all very personable. Our waitress, the entire wait staff and manager were very attentive to our needs and comfort. The food was incredible! The Wagyu Strip melted like butter on every bite. Truffle fries and mac and cheese were amazing. Will go back any time I'm in Vegas. Let me know when I can franchise one in Dallas!"

"Today marked the grand opening of former professional football player, Dallas Cowboy Running Back and Hall of Famer, Emmit Smith, on his long awaited and highly anticipated restaurant on the strip. The restaurant, coined “Emmits Vegas” is branded as a steakhouse with dishes one would expect at a traditional steakhouse. The hostesses met me immediately upon entering, confirmed my reservation and directed me to my seat. All within (5) minutes. Outside seating is also available should you choose to dine under the stars. The menu is extensive offering an array of appetizers, salads, soups, sushi, seafood towers and of course steaks ranging from fillets to other high grade meats and a host of side dishes to choose from. I highly recommend the 10z fillet. It was extremely flavorful and seasoned well. However, I did find the meat a bit dry but it still tasted great. The whipped mashed potatoes were amazing. They were creamy and buttery and probably the best I’ve ever had. The Miso Seabass, lobster macaroni & cheese and wild mushrooms were outstanding and packed with flavor. A seafood case containing large jumbo shrimps, crab legs and oysters were displayed allowing guests to witness oysters being shucked in real-time confirming their freshness. My favorite dessert has always been crème brûlée up until now. This restaurant offers a phenomenal dessert called, “Butter Cake.” This dessert is moist and served warm with a brown liquid goodness poured on top of vanilla ice cream. It was so amazing, I ordered two. The staff was great. my server, German was very knowledgeable about the menu and even suggested some of his favorites. He was friendly, attentive and had a great personality. When opening any new restaurant the front of the house is crucial to the overall success of the entire operation. One of the key components to this is the general manager. During my dining experience Jason, (General Manager), came over, introduced himself and inquired about my meal. He shared a personal story of his family’s love for the “Butter Cake.” This was entertaining and very much appreciated. It showed his commitment in wanting to provide good customer service while personally interacting with his guests. The open design concept of the restaurant and color scheme, coupled with its rich upscale look will definitely attract guests. The strategically placed bar divides the restaurant in half making it appear larger than it really is. Free parking is available inside the fashion show mall parking garage. With this being opening day, it was a great start and I’m hopeful that this level of service and quality of food will remain the same. However, the true test for any new restaurant is when it’s filled to capacity and orders are in abundance. Only time will tell if staff can past this test. I believe they can!"

"My wife and I came to the soft opening, and the food was out of this world. I started with some oysters and my wife with a Caesar salad. The oysters felt fresh, making the sauce yummy for the tummy. The salad had a special seasoning that made it taste extra good, whatever it was, keeping it coming. Our main entree was some crab cakes and a ribeye steak. The sauce gave a delicious flavor to the crab cakes I never had before, and the steak with the cowboy butter was on point. One item for dessert that I fell in love with was the butterscotch cake. It was so good this is a must to have when you come to visit."
