"My first time here. I got there about 20 minutes early to ensure I found the place. Brian (the owner) took me right in. He paid very close attention to detail, checking in with me along the way to make sure I was getting what I wanted. He was very friendly and conversant. He also had a gentle touch. A lot of barbers really press the clippers and/or yank your head around. Not Brian. He made sure I was comfortable the whole time."
