"Change your mind : I don't think a barbershop exclusively for men should be satisfied with just a simple electric razor. I paid for the full barber service, which was supposed to include the use of a hot towel and barber products. I received neither of these, and so feel like I not only overpaid but also didn't get what I booked for. Also, I asked for my head to be shaved to a zero, even though my hair was only half an inch long... the job literally took 3 minutes, and I was charged an extra $40, bringing the total to $70. To my utter surprise, the cashier even had the nerve to ask for a tip on top of that. I would gladly change my opinion if a proper apology was offered, but I'm immediately starting to look for a real barbershop in Henderson."
"First time here, had an appt setup with Becca through their appt app. Everything was smooth and easy. The shop was super clean, the staff was very professional and super attentive. Becca took her time, was very thorough and helped me find a better product for my hair, than what I have been using. Becca did an outstanding job!! Overall super impressed about the quality and super relieved that I found a spot that is a great place. Highly recommended!!!"
