"I went for haircut and wash and Gracie did a wonderful job on my hair and she is great hairdresser and so nice and she has a magic touch."

I was immediately greeted with a “Good Morning!” and “How can I help you?” Unlike the greeting I got from Sparkles. She looked at her schedule, completely full of morning appointments, she offered to make an appointment for me. Looks like I will be going back next week Thank you for being Welcoming."
"Usually I take my son here but my wife decided to get her hair done. My wife had scheduled for a cut and style and wanted an updo. There were 3 stylists working that day and none of them could style the updo apparently. One of them said she could try and it STARTS at $40 but she couldn't guarantee that it would look like the photo provided. It was a very disappointing experience"
"This is probably the worst experience I have had at a salon. I booked an appointment online and it was super easy, but when I got to my appointment the lady didn't even say hi or anything she just rudely said, Do you have an appointment?" I said yes and gave her my name. She yelled for another hair dresser to come named Sylvia. I sat down and saw a dead roach on the ground, which was gross, but still was not driven away. Sylvia barely acknowledged me and I told her I just wanted a trim. She started to spray my hair to get it wet and cut my hair. Didn't ask me what length or anything. Good thing I am not picky because she just started cutting without asking or anything. Then she asked if I had bleached my hair before and I said yes, years ago. She said I can tell because your hair is shorter on the bottom and continued to cut. Then she said a lit of your hair falls out and continued to cut. Then she said ok we are done and rushed me out to pay. I didn't even get a hair wash and she didn't even ask me. I later looked at the website and saw that a ladies cut comes with a wash. Overall it was a terrible experience and I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. My hair is really long and thick too. I will never come back here."
"Very clean and friendly business. Best served to make an appointment, however, the walk-ins that showed while we were there had minimal wait times as the hair stylist managed their clients very efficiently to allow walk in cuts to be done while clients who had appointments for cut & color would have times they needed to wait for their colors to set up. This is a beautiful location with tons of tall palm trees that give it almost an island feel."
