"This place was very good! They were ready right at my appt time and handled me just as I asked them to. The place is BEYOND clean and all of the beds are made well with clean fresh linen. I was visiting from OOT and needed massage badly. I was afraid that I would not be able to find a place that I was satisfied with. They proved me wrong! Thank you Rainbow Spa!!!!"
"We visited Vegas for a weekend and found this place for reflexology. We had a hiccup in our plans and were late 20 min but they were still able to fit us in the schedule and it was such an amazing hour of bliss. Highly recommended if you need reflexology."
"The guy said $15 minimum tip after the service was complete. Prices are higher than on the website. I will never go back to this place. Demanding a tip is tacky and unprofessional. Congrats, you got $15 one time, had you not said anything, you'd have gotten a $20 multiple times."
"More like 3.5 stars. Parking is okay. Very clean. Front desk is okay. Massage quality depends on who you get. Overall, I've had better massages for the same price(not a fault of management).No hostility about the tip. Can be noisy at certain times making it hard to relax. For me, the vibe of relaxation and comfort isn't quite their. However, I cannot say that is a bad place to get a massage."
"I made an appointment for 4:30. I wanted to get 75 minute and I was tight on time. I explained to the lady I didn't have much time and needed to get home by a certain time. I requested the time several times. I made it with a couple of minutes to spare. I check in at the front desk. I tell the lady I'm here for my 4:30. She tells me, no your appointment is at 5pm. I told her no, I made it specifically for 4:30. She then asks me if I could wait. I tried her no. I'm pressed for time. Needless to say I could not get my massage and left there more stressed than I was when I got there. I ended up going across the street. The only reason why I gave them 2 stars ⭐ is because they had good prices and the decor was nice. I probably would never go back."
