"Unmatched no better wonton noodles on the west coast, the ramen(alkaline) noodles has the best chew and retains its toothiness and stand up to the broth or topping. My brother and I get a case of each and split it amongst ourselves every time we're in Vegas visiting my mom. Update, they will ship ups now with phoned in orders."
"It is a requirement from my Hong Kong parents that whenever anyone visits LV that we must stop by Louie’s and get a case of wonton noodles and wonton wrappers to bring home. The noodles are by far the best we have ever had to buy at a grocery store. The texture is perfect and rivals what Chinese restaurant serve back home."
"You can't beat fresh noodles. I go in and buy the $5 bag of flat rice noodles which are great for Drunken Noodle recipes. Many stores around Las Vegas buy their noodles directly from here, so why buy three day old noodles? Get them straight from the factory!"
"Fresh noodle and dumpling wraps direct from the factory. You often see their trucks making deliveries to local restaurants. I was a bit surprised that they sell to retail customers. They don't really have the 'mechanic' figured out for retail customers using a piece of paper and pen to take your order. The thing is the deal and the freshness just can't be beat."
