"I brought both of my children to get their haircut. My oldest came in with beautiful, full curls. His hair is butchered :( my youngest now has patches of long hair all around his head. I can’t believe the price for the service we got and the result of their cuts.. I’m giving three stars because the staff was very kind and the space was very beautiful. We will not be returning, though."

"Today was my son Levi's first time here. He has always had a difficult time sitting still for hair cuts especially when it comes to using clippers so I decided to bring him somewhere fun and more kid oriented he LOVED it. I saw a bad review on here about Bella who is the person who cut my sons hair today and I just wanted to personally share my experience and let people know that she was amazing and did a great job. It's subjective as we all have different wants but she was amazing with my son and very friendly. She had patience and he really adored her and she made the experience so much easier as a kid with ADHD he allowed her to do things he'd never allow any other stylist and he's had DOZENS of hair cuts. Thank you so much Bella we will be back, see you soon!"

"We’ve been bringing our three kids here for a while now. The store looks fun and kid-friendly. We have had great stylists (Micah, for one) and so-so stylists. The last time we came, neither of our boys were offered or given a wash (it’s included in the price) and another stylist mentioned to the one working on my son that her next client was there. It felt like she was rushing her through my son’s service and that irritated me. The people there never seem exceptionally welcoming or friendly and I think the service falls short of the welcoming appearance- it’s not warm and fuzzy for kids. It might be time to move on."

"Took my nephew here today to get a trim and Bella was his stylist and she cut all of his hair off. She claimed she needed to use the clippers to thin out his ends since it was so thick but ended up cutting off more than she realized and continued going shorter to fix her mistakes. Finally she called Emma over to help since her “clippers” weren’t working properly. Emma fixed his hair as best as she could and it wasn’t fault but she handled his hair as if it was. I asked the receptionist if Bella was new and she said yes and apologized for what had happened and didn’t charge us for the service. Management should’ve e known that Bella needed more training."

"We came in last minute for a haircut that my son desperately needed and Hannah was able to get us in. Amanda did a great job with his haircut and was very patient with our son who was constantly moving not making it an easy job. My daughter was in awe of the salon and asked for a cut for herself. Hannah to the rescue again, squeezing her in for a cut. My 8 year old daughter loved the personal service which included her nails, along with a shampoo and cut."
