She’s quick, gentle, and just overall offers outstanding service. I don’t give them a 10/10 just because there was one time that I had a different girl wax me ( this was probably last year) & it was not a fun experience BUT i haven’t seen her since then so I think we’re all safe."

"This was my first time getting a wax and I went for the Brazilian! I was nervous but Katia was so great! She explained everything to me as we went and checked in with me throughout the process to make sure I was doing ok. She was funny and made me feel comfortable. It was painful but only for a few seconds and Katia did everything in her power to make it as painless as possible. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend going to pretty kitty in Henderson."

"Hello, I have been coming to this location for little over a year. Addison is the rudest employee I have ever came across. My appointment was at 5:45. I enter and wait at the front desk for approximately 8 minutes. Nobody comes to service or check me in. Finally I decide to call and finally Addison appears from the back and checks me in. I proceed to wait in the lobby. By 6:05 I ask Addison how much longer it will be to which she replied 5 more minutes. Never once told me they were running behind or apologized for the wait. By 6:15 I request to speak to a manager because I have been waiting for 30 minutes with no apology or consideration for my time. Why was I booked for 5:45 instead of 6:15-6:30?? Addison told me there were only two people and still did not apologize for the wait. She then proceeded to answer the phone mid conversation as I’m speak to her. Did not say let me get this really quick. Nothing, just totally disregarded me and answered the phone. To which I ask her what her name is. She told the person on the phone one minute then looked at me and said “what”. Please check the cameras I’m sure u can see everything I’m saying to be true. I will be calling tomorrow to request to speak to the owner. This is horrible service. I will be needing a free wax for driving over there and having 30 minutes of my time wasted and treated so poorly! My yelp review has been posted I will make sure to put this on every social media platform as well. I left without being serviced after waiting 30 mins past my appointment time with no apology."

"All the girls are so nice and talented. Eden is super knowledgeable and really gives attention to detail. This is speed waxing so appointments are easy to get in and out. The soft wax is really luxurious and seems to get way more hair off than hard waxes. The location is super cute while still being professional."
