Mike helped found & fixed my cars rear oil leak where others could not. Recently my check engine light appeared and who came to my rescue, Mike. As a woman it’s extremely important to find a trustworthy business. I highly recommend Expert Auto Repair for the best care!"
"I took my Audi Q5 for a water pump, belt and thermostat. They replaced the radiator and created more head aches. Was told car was fixed and ready for pick-up. Drove the car less than a mile and overheated and needed to be towed in. Car was dismantled and was told it needed over $3000 worth of repairs. When I picked it up the first time, I was told it was fixed and needed spark plugs and coils. It should of been mechanically sound and not overheated less than a mile from his shop. Now over $3000. Don't trust Mike at all. He doesn't stand behind his work and tried to blame us for the overheating. I know of two other people who have had the WORST experiences with his repair shop. Mike has NO CLUE what customer service is and tries to run the repair costs up. AVOID this shop at all costs, you do not want this shop to touch your car. I know too many people who have had problems with his work and not spoke up. I was shocked to see only one negative review. People need to be warned about his shop. I had my car towed out of there and brought to another repair shop who fixed his mistakes."
